What is Oracle CPQ?

Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) guides customers through a step-by-step process of entering a correctly configured and fully detailed purchase order. Once a correctly configured order is entered, the CPQ solution responds with a price quote including all the proper discounts, terms, and conditions for this specific customer. If the customer accepts the quote, it then becomes an order. The solution improves order accuracy, shortens sales cycles, and lowers operational costs. What differentiates Oracle CPQ from other similar products?

Since we started using Oracle CPQ we observed an incredible improvement in our revenue stream so that is why this has become more and more important for our company to boost our income and productivity. We may create complex sales quotes fast and correctly using Oracle CPQ. Oracle CPQ is adaptable and the most effective CPQ platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It automates the entire process after consolidating the necessary data, which includes configurations, pricing, discounts, bulk orders, and other factors. Oracle CPQ is dramatically reducing the time and cost we spend to quote. Through the speedier delivery of product or service suggestions, customized setups, and pricing, Oracle CPQ has enabled our business to shorten our sales cycle. The product has met our all expectations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A daunting task of main setup and certain extensive customizations, and configurations may be present at the beginning that can't be done without IT assistance. But when it is used properly according to the support service guidelines, it seems to be very obvious and is simple to modify to our company needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are all aware that a shorter sales cycle, quicker contract closure, and a quick shift to the next prospect all contribute to a greater and more effective ROI. However, to accomplish these goals, you will need Oracle CPQ because it is the only CPQ platform that not only shortens the time but also the costs associated with quoting.

What differentiates Oracle CPQ from other similar products?

There aren't many products on the market that will provide the kind of tangible, quantifiable return on investment but the Oracle CPQ is capable of doing so. The best ever aspect is that it can serve numerous environments at once and is not dependent on ERP applications. To improve the efficiency of deal management and quoting procedures we only trust Oracle CPQ.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle CPQ Platform is an amazing and interactive CPQ technology. We no longer need to spend time and money contacting product specialists to get advice on how to position a product for customers because every tool and feature we need is available within the toolbox of Oracle CPQ. When it comes to native connectors, the Oracle CPQ suite outperforms competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Internet speed can occasionally cause problems with lost data and latency. If the Internet speed is slow the entire quoting process took a little too long to finish. Some new features are more effective than old ones but they need deep comprehension and if you don't have enough knowledge about their usage they will give an incomplete feel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A strong subscription selling basis will be provided by Oracle CPQ to its users. It guides its users through the entire process of developing a seamless subscription service because it was smartly designed to host, administer, maintain, and enhance complicated configurations and pricing. Any business looking for a robust CPQ platform should choose it with confidence.
