They listen to their users and make changes. They get the CX space and the importance of know the what, why, and how relating to the customer voice.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All of it. It's hard to pick one favorite aspect. Perhaps the ease of use and the amazing customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't anything that I don't like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Move forward with requesting a demo and get ready to be amazed!

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
It has many different built in use cases - Employee, Customer Success, Product etc. You can do a lot of things the business wants to do in a very simple manner
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's data aggregation and presentation is by far what sets it apart
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit hard to implement
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hire a headcount, entry to mid level to run the platform, it will pay for itself having this recource

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
Unable to embed these in email campaigns. Not very compatible with other mobile-related devices like tablets or other android devices. Poor integrations with other internal products and export/import features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great insights, data visualizations. great broadcasting channels and creating unique links.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is very little room for customizations. UI / UX is kinda poor and not very modern. Templates and samples can be better based on categories and easily modifiable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try out the sample version first and see if your use cases match it. Also, look at scale of your use case to check how worthy is this.
