What differentiates Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud from other similar products?
I like how there are tons of graph charts and pie charts. It makes tracking all my information and day-to-day grinds available in an easily accessible manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SFCC is very robust and fast software with some special functionality that is not found on other e-commerce platforms (e.g. Einstein AI features, sophisticated product filters).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it will not fully engage with playbooks. Overall I think the part I dislike is not having more tabs with separate general info. It seems a bit overcrowded with stuff I don't use or integrate daily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take your time trying to learn all the ins and out of this fantastic product! It is much easier and more reliable than many software products I have used in the past to keep my books in order and figure out who my more important follow-ups for the days are.
