What differentiates Salesforce CPQ from other similar products?
All in 1 package that supports multiple OS.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Approval management before an end user can continue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no interaction between objects in later steps of the process. The ability to add new objects based on a quote later in the process. Retroactive interaction between objects falls short.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Small businesses would probably be better of with a competitor that Small businesses would probably be better of with a competitor that This software offers a solution for the entire CPQ process. Are you a smaller business with less traffic? Then consider a competitor that pays more attention to your specific needs and solutions.

What differentiates Salesforce CPQ from other similar products?
If you're using Salesforce as you primary CRM tool then integrating it with Salesforce CPQ becomes all too easy and seamless. It also has unique features specially on billing side with enables sales rep to perform so many task on the tool itself in more organised way that doing in manually

Approval Process, Contracts and Renewal, Billing, Quote configuration and interface, Product and Price rules, Pricing waterfall
What do you dislike most about this product?
If your business requires high degree of customisation then probably it's not a best tool for you. There may be chances that you might need to perform some tasks manually/on other tool because it's not possible to implement that in Salesforce CPQ
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the most innovative CPQ tool out there. There are so many things you can do on it and plus you have added advantage of having Billing as ad on if it's required in your business processes. It's very seamless to implement it if you're already using Salesforce as a CRM tool
