What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
I think some of the features like call recordings, analytics enable reps get better on the phone. I love how the cadences are in front of the dashboard to avoid confusion. It lays out your next steps with timely reminders. Overall, I have had a great experience with Salesloft except the new feature rollout "Rhythm" which is super convoluted
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cadence reminders, call recordings top my list especially when you are working hundreds of leads, Salesloft dashboard makes it super easy to not miss any touch points and can automate some of the steps like email. Another feature that I like is how you can make automated cadences to fire bulk emails to your leads - that's been a game changer for me
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not a fan of the new product Rhythm - I found it is so confusing in the implementation days and the sentiment was the same across the teams. I took me a while to get used to it but if I could change something, it would be the new product launch. Loved the good old days of simplicity
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to take your sales process to the next level, look no further Sales loft has been instrumental in my success as a sales rep, it takes time to get used to it but once you have it set up, it runs like a well oiled machine. Beware of Rhythm (not a big fan myself)

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
I came from using Outreach at a prior organization to using Salesloft at this organization. Overall, I believe that the two softwares are comparable, however I believe that Salesloft is better suited for our organization size (~50 people, 8 active users). It allows us to easily have an owner from the IT and business side, that can go in and assign mass and middle market sequences on our behalf. The relative ease of figuring the system out with the tooltips and integration assistants really pushes this in a self-service direction that will be appreciated by smaller teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the ease of importing contacts and adding them to sequences. Having to manually search for my prospects, and personalize for industry, Salesloft's capability to drop notes on the account level and contact level allows me to personalize quickly. Personalization is key in this sales climate, so the less time I spend on unnecessary admin tasks, the better.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really wish the dispositioning of calls would be faster. If I select the second option on the exact disposition of the call, I still have to go an extra two clicks to disposition the interest of the caller. I would love for it to automatically select. It's a small thing, but when I'm making 100 calls a day, that's an extra 20-30 minutes over the course of my call block.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have an established data flow (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Email servers, etc.) you'll be able to easily integrate Salesloft and get your sales team up to speed on their daily/weekly metrics. Make sure you have someone from the sales team involved in implementation to work with the specifics of your org.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
The customer service of salesloft team is really helpful, in the initial time they provided their full support in setup and demo procedure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The call analytics feature came really handy for our team as majority of the work is around that only.

The pricing could have been more competetive... just that

If your need are falling under the niche, just go for it... we are happy with the purchase so far
