What differentiates Sana Commerce from other similar products?
Pre-built B2B features are very helpful and can customize most of the site. The pre-integration with some ERP's (like Dinamix AX) is extremely valuable to get your data updated in real time

The pre-integration with some ERP's (like Dinamix AX) is extremely valuable to get your data updated in real time
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of 24hr support, they only offer "public" support on tuesdays and thursdays (if you haven't pre-purchased a premium support package) This evoques a very slow response service and also once you customize something, you'll need development hours to place it back (even if its a default feature)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're going to customize some features, be aware that you'll need development hours to place it back (even if its a default feature) and look for a support hour block to hire

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That Sana is IN our SAP software, not an additional tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Content creation is difficult on the frontend. Including product descriptions and it can't handle product versions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you business rules are complicated with pricelists, stock, materials and you need an integrated solutions with SAP - this is what you are looking for.
