What differentiates Sana Commerce from other similar products?
It's integrated with your ERP. It is on constant sync with your data and when you have a pretty big portfolio, it's extremely useful as you don't have to manually syncronize warehouse count with a spreasheet and so on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use and they provide you access to Sana University, an online course for you to take to learn all features for Sana admins. Their support team is attentive and try to provide you with different solutions for a problem in case it's needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It should have training and support mostly on other languages. I had no problem because I speak english but for other companies, the full access to Sana knowledge can be limited. They do have a growing team on Colombia (I'm located in Latin America) that would help you through all the process and they are great people!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to have a project program for this as it not only involves IT department but all departments. You will need to prepare to contact your vendor so they can provide you with information and so on. The most taxing part of this project is organizing the catalog and reviewing each product title, descriptions and images (those are the most basic fields that you will be updating). You must inform your ERP partner of this too as they can provide with support regarding server configuration of the ERP to external users.
