What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?
I used Hootsuite before and Sprout blows it out of the water. They have better analytics, better scheduling tools, better everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quick and aesthetically pleasing reports are my favorite. They make reporting and tracking KPIs easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app could be better, but that's my only gripe, and it has improved over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it. They make the relatively difficult and time-consuming process of social media management as painless as possible.
