What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?
The ability to work together as a team despite our geographically dispersed members. Like the push alerts and the chance to reply to social media postings without leaving the app. The option to identify content categories and send emails to certain non-users both aid in keeping things organized. Inclusion reporting is comprehensive and furnishes sufficient data across several platforms for sound decision-making. We like the platform so much because of the convenient single mailbox. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Smart Inbox is the most useful function of any social media monitoring service I have used. Sprout lets you filter your search results by platform, then displays them all in one place, where you can easily interact with them (reply to messages, follow people back, like posts, delete unwanted content, etc.) without ever leaving the site. Because to this system, I've never missed a notice, and I've been able to communicate with individuals across more channels than ever before.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When the content calendar has a hiccup, it may display all of the scheduled posts for a given day, even items that we did not write. This is unusual and probably only happens while the program is updating, however it can make things a bit chaotic and difficult to manage. And who doesn't desire enhancements and changes? Certainly not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination.

Those who regularly publish numerous updates to several social media accounts will find Sprout Social to be an indispensable tool. The more time I spend with this program, the more I like it. The ability to effortlessly export and transmit the calendar to customers is something that continues to excite us. The clients can see clearly which dates and platforms their articles will be scheduled in, and it looks excellent. Weekly reports supplied to clients and ourselves help paint a clearer picture of the page's performance, and the new feature on best post times when scheduling has led to a noticeable uptick in engagement rates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to managing our company's social media accounts and the information we post there, Sprout Social is widely used because of its user-friendliness, straightforward design, built-in features, and reliable reporting metrics. Because it is so thorough, it has found widespread acceptance. Great for startups, SMBs, and solopreneurs thanks to its high quality, lack of complexity, low learning curve, and helpful customer service team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sprout doesn't give you access to your Ad accounts, but you may interact with promoted content and ads once they've gone live. As a result, sprout will serve as a supplementary tool for the primary advertising account. The limitation of 10 accounts was also difficult for me to deal with. Even though we're not a full-service marketing firm, we nevertheless require a significant presence on social media. We were not able to proceed with the purchase of their software because of the high cost of adding more accounts.
