What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
Tools like issue and workflow management, Gantt charts, and customized reporting mean this tool can handle even relatively complex project requirements. There's also strong integration with other services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Basic time-tracking is built in, and although it doesn't replace a dedicated tracking tool, there are enough features included to make it useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is functional, and while it could do with a bit of a visual refresh, it works well and offers the best task management, interactive boards and spreadsheets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Teamwork offers a strong reporting suite to let you go as wide or deep as required when managing your projects. Working with clients is handled well, with email integration and the ability to share individual tasks.

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
We create projects, templates and tasks for our employees to allocate their time, use giant charts to track project progress and make sure we meet deadlines, notebooks to manage projects between team members, and messages to track file locations. In Dropbox, you are billed for submitted projects, which we use to manage project tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability for employees to track their time with check-ins and check-outs for the day, as well as tracking time for specific tasks for billing purposes, is excellent. This calendar is great for tracking company vacations, terminated employees, and project deadlines. The project templates are a big plus so we don't have to recreate projects from scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I open smaller windows, such as choosing who will receive message notifications, the bottom half of the window is usually below the screen cutout, so I have to manually move it up each time to get to the refresh button. Having trouble copying a task template from one of our template projects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Teamwork is ideal for teams that need flexible tools to support a variety of projects. Since it supports Kanban, it is very easy to visualize work to be done and work in progress. The Gantt chart support is nice and useful to see how the team is doing when work is done within a given time frame. Teamwork is not a good option for companies with many projects going on at the same time, because Teamwork structures its billing based on many active projects.
