What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
In our digital team's case, collaboration was most useful during web development projects. Project teams, designers, programmers, and content experts round up the team led by the digital director. The customers had access to the platform for the length of the project thanks to the credentials we gave. We needed a web-based program management platform that would help us efficiently gather customer input and handle the creation and distribution of internal assignments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Instead of using Microsoft Project or Basecamp, Teamwork might be a good option if you're seeking for something more robust than Trello. Teamwork is also effective if you will not need features tailored to a certain project or sector. Smaller groups and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) would benefit most from this platform, while major corporations might find it lacking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, the user interface and experience are subpar. Although it provides the bare minimum of features, this application is not as polished as it might be. The reporting functionality may benefit from more extensive report customization options. In general, it is a terrific tool for collaborating on projects, but it doesn't cater to any one type in particular. It's adaptable, thanks to its one-size-fits-all approach, but it lacks the precision in web development that we need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The idea of working together is admirable, however I think the implementation is lacking. Setup is more difficult than with full-featured CRM alternatives like HubSpot or Salesforce, in my opinion. In addition, not all of features, etc., are explained in a simple manner. There was a paucity of tutorials. It wouldn't have worked without the support of an expert throughout the installation process.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Requires a steep learning curve to get acquainted with its features and the system will serve us better if we can be able to customize the reporting more
