What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Workday HCM is a user-friendly platform with exceptional features and capabilities that is extremely affordable, very accessible, and perfectly synchronised with other talent management platforms, LMS, etc . With the help of this platform, you can quickly access data about personnel, talent acquisition, payroll, etc. It's simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because it is a strong and comprehensive platform that allows me to provide all of my staff with online training. The statistics we get from Workday HCM are really extensive, and we can find out a lot about each person by just going to their social media sites. I can also manage payments from one location, among other things.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No comments. Workday is a productive platform that aids in the internal strategic expansion of HR inside the business.

Workday simplifies personal management

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
I can use Workday to submit any holiday requests, hours off, and so on without first contacting my line manager or team leader. Workday, as previously stated, benefits personal management in almost every way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to request changes with a single click, submit time, and easily view other people within the organization. Everything about my workday simplifies my personal management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because of the workflow connections, it is very limited in its ability to make changes or edits across the board. Items are separated, and there are far too many tabs for action items, making it difficult to navigate. Custom reports are difficult to obtain or create.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like how there are several workflows that connect to other systems, an approval process, and overall automation. I like how different parts of the system interact in a tile format so that I can easily see these different sections. I appreciate the various search options and the ease with which we can find our employees in the database.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Every day, I utilize Workday to fill my work hours, apply for leaves, and make additional requests. The procedure is straightforward and saves a significant amount of time. It's also where I apply for internal employment openings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Many firms struggle with adaptation, and Workday distinguishes out as a user-friendly gateway in this regard. I found it more engaging than MIS, which my organization previously utilized. At the same time, I believe Workday can be integrated with a wide range of third-party applications. It also makes internal recruitment easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For some reason, my app will not remember my passwords. Every time, I have to log in and authenticate. I wish it would remember my device to make logging in easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I enjoy being self-sufficient, and Workday allows me to avoid having to rely on others to find what I need. I appreciate being able to view my tax information and previous pay stubs.
