I can see my all record through workdays, easy to use and easy to download my data and pay checks.

I don't have a dislike option to tell about workday it is perfect for me to keep the records and simultaneously collect it

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
The UI is friendly to newcomers, easy to use, and visually appealing. As a result, it's easier to get people to start using it. Support from the company's staff has been excellent, and that's helped a lot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since Workday HCM is hosted in the cloud, all of our employees have instant access to the latest improvements. The best thing is that Workday is used by many different kinds of businesses, and that it has user guides and other online assistance material that make it simple to learn and put to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a hefty price tag for integration, it's missing several modern capabilities, and the licensing fee is somewhat steep as well. In order to make it affordable for even small and medium-sized businesses, the corporation needs to offer proactive features and lower licensing costs. Adoption rates may be raised by lowering prices, particularly for smaller businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Benefits Management, Career Management, Learning and Development Management, and Performance Management are just some of the areas where Workday HCM is being used on a global scale. Other Workday features, such as Application Management and Payroll Management, are also possible with Workday, but these are still being evaluated in comparison to similar software.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Everyone in the company uses it to keep track of their hours worked and other work-related details including salaries and perks, performance reviews, and vacation requests. It automates and simplifies a wide variety of tasks that formerly required manual labor or spreadsheets. Additionally, we utilize it to oversee the selection of healthcare and other employee benefits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We adopted Workday to do away with tedious and inefficient internal procedures. By utilizing Workday's cutting-edge technology, we were able to simplify our operations, allowing us more time to focus on our people, improve our performance management, keep better records, and identify and address our weaknesses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's really obscure how the various classifications were established. A W-2, for instance, should not be buried in the depths of the Pay & Tax Documents folder, instead rather is in the depths of the Personal Information & Employee Documents folder. It would be less frustrating if your search feature really worked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, Workday is best suited for organizations with a high number of workers who need human resources management (at least 100). However, I do not work in human resources and must admit that I do not know if it is indeed the case. It also sounds useful for businesses that keep track of employee time.
