What differentiates Workiz from other similar products?
Seamlessly integrated inventory management is by far the best feature. All of the other features are great and are typical but having my inventory seamlessly integrated to my POS system is game changer.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The GPS tracking is only as good as your staffs phones gps sooo... leaves a lot to be desired.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely enable the call tracking and recording feature and us the inventory management for all of your SKUs.
