What is Zapier?
Zapier is the glue that connects thousands of web apps. Zaps are workflows that connect your apps, so they can work together. Zaps start with a trigger—an event in one of your apps that kicks off your workflow. Zaps automate tasks in the background, so you can focus on more important work.

Solid for your Automation Needs
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
It works seamlessly with a BUNCH of applications through their API, no code skills are required and it is easy to teach and delegate to team members. We use it for more and more stuff every month.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automate email marketing, sync with invoice sending, and outperform Facebook IA with our system based on zapier and Facebook sync. It's both increasing our value proposition and reducing costs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some small startups are not in sync with Zapier integrations. Also for scalability of massive operations, it's not the cheapest option since its billing is based on the volume of operations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to think about processes first but be very agile, also you need low-scale operations, you cannot automate operations with millions of actions inexpensively
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Caring
- Acts with Integrity
- Generous Negotitation

Best Automation Software

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Zapier is great because it takes the apps that we use most and ties them together. We use Willo for video interviews and Zapier takes some information from the backend there and pulls it into Google Sheets automatically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The problem that Zapier is solving for us is to consolidate the amount of manual work that we are doing. When a response is logged in our video interviewing software, Zapier creates a line entry into Google Sheets so we only have to check one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The least helpful thing about Zapier is that you have to make sure you follow the steps exactly to set up your "zaps" correctly, or it could take a while trying to figure out where you went wrong in the process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Read their instructions and docs carefully - its fairly straightforward to set up and their customer service is great when needed.
Pros
- Effective Service
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
