What is Zapier?
Zapier is the glue that connects thousands of web apps. Zaps are workflows that connect your apps, so they can work together. Zaps start with a trigger—an event in one of your apps that kicks off your workflow. Zaps automate tasks in the background, so you can focus on more important work.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Our CRM lacks a lot of automation for our data, therefore Zapier is really useful in filling that need, as well as helping to protect the integrity of our data and saving our staff time. Zapier eliminates tedious data entry and repetitive processes by automating them across several apps. I use it to automate workflows such as storing emails to Google Sheets, creating a new lead in my CRM when a form is completed, and so on. This has saved me a lot of time and work, enabling me to concentrate on more important matters. tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy being able to personalize the kind of automations I need to run since it helps me to identify solutions that are most suited to my business's requirements. Zapier enables the smooth integration of many applications and services, removing the need for manual data entry and lowering the possibility of mistakes. The platform provides a large variety of pre-built "Zaps" (automatic chores) that can be simply changed to match my personal needs; everything is automated, so I don't have to rack my brain or do it manually.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pre-built Zaps may not always meet my needs and may need to be tweaked, and certain sophisticated features and connectors necessitate an upgrade to a higher subscription plan. Because the program is automated, there may be some mistakes or irrelevant findings collected (or relevant results not gathered). On few times, I've had to hunt for videos to understand how to conduct certain operations; in this regard, I believe the documentation should be better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of the numerous interfaces with other apps that many businesses use on a regular basis, this software may be installed in any firm. I use Zapier to keep track on social media topics that may be of interest to my clients without having to spend time perusing. Zapier also assists the marketing team in monitoring social networks and emails without taking up too much time; everyone who utilizes this program saves time on repetitive chores on a daily basis.

Excellent for integrating data and automating task

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
It simplifies my job by utilizing automation, and the data is sent to a CRM, resulting in increased profits for the company. Zapier automates the transmission of contact records to a partner company for real-time phone communication. Zapier is my right hand when it comes to connecting submissions from Paperform to my Airtable base. I need to employ a highly difficult and long questionnaire in Paperform, but Zapier straightforward UI makes it so much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zapier, which includes both default and configurable capabilities, is exceedingly simple to set up and links to so many services flawlessly that it makes sending data to various apps insanely simple. I required some extra connectors while designing a no-code platform to make the majority of my website self-contained. I discovered Zapier with a few clicks and realized it could combine everything I needed (in this example, Airtable, Softr, and Paperform).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some app endpoints are quite restrictive, requiring you to construct a Zap for each piece or account you wish to automate; for those automations, we still have to write bespoke code. If you've never used an automation tool before, it might be difficult to comprehend at first. Sometimes the triggers can be difficult to understand, but this is generally due to a data issue with the built-in app rather than Zapier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zapier is an excellent tool for automating Salesforce, ActionNetwork, Slack, Email, and Airtable. It's an essential tool for more extensive automation (as opposed to native Airtable automation, for example). I especially appreciate how simple troubleshooting is using the Zap History tool. We may use Zapier to send data from online forms to various databases and backends, reducing laborious copy and paste and heavy lifting for employees.
