Zendesk Sell has a large timeline stores an impressive timeline summary for each lead/contact so I can connect with leads based on the most recent conversations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the app that Zendesk Sell has!

I don't have any complaints at all. Zendesk Sell's features are very beneficial to our company and performs all the tasks as advertised.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're in the market for an intuitive CRM, this is a great one to start with. They also have lots of integrations.
