What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
We can easily keep our sales team focused on the highest value leads and deals across automated account rules informed by full-funnel analytics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Emailing within Base, tracking emails, leaving notes, setting appointments, importing and exporting are all key features that are easy to learn, use, and teach to new sales staff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When working collaboratively with another member of the sales staff, it would be nice to have the ability to tag them inside the deal to draw their attention to something

It is a clean and simple, yet powerfully effective CRM tool. It's intuitive, extremely user-friendly, supplies lots of video tutorials

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
It has quite good characteristics and in our team it has been used in different areas but above all to create tasks when we receive calls between us and in turn host different notes of the agreements of the orders that come. It is the database in which our contacts, potential clients and different orders are located and everything has been well executed for this excellent product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customizations are undoubtedly its feature that I like the most and it is thanks to it that this CRM stayed in our organization, another quite good feature is the ability to link offers to different buyers and thus be able to get in touch with different clients without any difficulty. The option of tasks connected to clients or the deals that can be obtained are quite good and keep the sales process quite fluid.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product can make some negative details such as the impossibility of labeling people in agreement and the detail of the inability to label the different people with whom you work or you could work in collaboration within the sales department.In addition, there are other small details that make a little slower navigation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although tend to generate some details due to lack of integration, it is undoubtedly a fairly good product that tends to improve efficiency in the different marketing departments in which they have been used as personal experience, we have had a fairly good progress and at the same time a ROI pretty fast. It is a product that does all the basic things necessary to improve the productivity of any salesperson within the department.

This software is quite productive as it lets you manage endless operations without wasting time. The way it works is incredible because it gives you peace of mind, when it comes to retrieving information, it behaves and acts as the most effective since it provides you with any type of information and you do not lose any file or document, it is totally a relief.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love this product because it manages to maintain a closeness between customers and us since it manages to synchronize us at all times, in addition to that we can access and display our data quickly and easily. All this type of element works for us since it gives us greater security and confidence that we are projecting ourselves to where we want to go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a very productive software that has functional tools and does not leave you any type of flaws or gaps, therefore, I do not have any type of complaints regarding this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend zendex because it offers its help to segment and filter leads, and deals in real time, so that this management generates a more real and productive organization, increasing your scope of job opportunities.
