What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
It has quite good characteristics and in our team it has been used from different areas but above all to create tasks when we receive calls between us and to host different notes of the agreements of the orders that come. It is the database in which our contacts, potential clients and different orders are located, and everything has been well executed for this excellent product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customizations are undoubtedly its feature that I like the most and it is thanks to it that this CRM stayed in our organization, another quite good feature is the ability to link offers to different buyers and thus be able to get in touch with different clients without any difficulty. The option of tasks connected to clients or the deals that can be obtained are quite good and keep the sales process quite fluid.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product can make some negative details such as the impossibility of labeling people in agreement and the detail of the inability to label the different people with whom you work or you could work in collaboration within the sales department.In addition, there are other small details that make a little slower navigation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although tend to generate some details due to lack of integration, it is undoubtedly a fairly good product that tends to improve efficiency in the different marketing departments in which they have been used as personal experience, we have had a fairly good progress and at the same time a ROI pretty fast. It is a product that does all the basic things necessary to improve the productivity of any salesperson within the department.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
Zendesk sell is in our company serving as the director of the different follow-ups that are made to different opportunities that may exist both nationally and internationally and since it arrived, the difference has been noticed since our sales management is much more coordinated and its CRM features have been quite remarkable compared to other products previously used by our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a fairly complete product which allows us a large number of tools from sending emails within the database, as well as leaving different notes, scheduling appointments, dragging emails, importing and exporting key features, and all this with easy use and a fairly good user interface. It allows you to learn how to use the product in a very short time, and it also allows you to keep the sales team with a total focus on potential customers and taking advantage of opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reports that are not found at a professional level and this has to be a real problem, there are not many options for acquiring them and this generates some disagreement within users as well as the product who is expensive with the packages that are completely unlimited.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depending on the type of organization you are in and the goals they have, it may or may not be necessary to use this product if you have an organization in which you want a good CRM tool that is simple and effective but how effective this product is for you. However, everything will depend on the size of the half of your company, it is excellent for organizations that need a rapid adaptation of their database according to their different needs and at the same time laugh the follow-up of sales tasks and projects to the different contacts.

The Zendesk Sell platform is very powerful and magical providing an excellent service from start to finish, it differs from other products for its tools, advanced options and accessibility. It is very safe and immediate, in addition to providing us with excellent features of use and a complete development in your system, the interactions are of quality either by phone, chats, email or from social networks, meeting in one place, from incredibly simple and immediate.

I love Zendesk Sell in its entirety, I love everything because it is a platform that offers advanced customer service functionalities, offers me the collaboration and opportunity to work productively and always thinking about what our customers really matter, providing a service of quality and offering a great experience, allows to support and satisfy the needs of those who need it, it is an adaptable and advanced platform.

I have used Zendesk Sell and it has been of great help and benefit to both me and my clients, it has facilitated the growth of our business and improved the relationship with my clients, I love the way in which we address the concerns of those who require it, a platform that has left us great results and that so far has worked fabulously without any limits or failures in its system, excellent coverage and security.
