What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

It has a lower price than other programs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Social allows you to manage all of your social media accounts in one place. An experienced digital marketer, I've tried every platform out there, including the "big brands" that charge more for less. Comparatively, Zoho Social features a more user-friendly and modern UI. Zoho Social meets all of my requirements and more! For the first time, I've found a social media management software that lets me manage my Google My Business account, which I believe vital. Among these features are detailed statistics, post scheduling, and the ability to manage all social media messages in one spot. I'm excited to see what new features come out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's been difficult for me to tailor Zoho Social to our specific needs. The Publishing Calendar is only available in the Professional plan, which is the next step up from the Standard plan. I don't think it makes sense to pay for extra services like more brands and team members if I just need one of them. During my first contact with their customer care staff, they informed me that they do not enable any customization and that the features of each package are predetermined. Zoho Social may have been the ideal social media management tool for me had it not been for this issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Zoho social, you can keep tabs on all of your social media accounts from an one location. It is dependable and trustworthy.

It's easier than other Social Media marketing apps

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

it is easy to use and configure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It includes functionality from more expensive systems like Hootsuite, SocialPilot, Sprout Social, etc. Despite not laying out everything, they do a good job. Instagram Direct Publishing is one of the program's most crucial features. Previously, every tool I utilized required me to download an app and manually post to my YouTube channel. Scheduling is a breeze. Account Management is a breeze. The gadget is simple to use but very effective. It is less costly than most other tools and has more functionality than some of the more expensive ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took some getting accustomed to the platform selection even though I appreciate the user interface (this was just not intuitive to me for some reason). As long as I keep using it, I don't see this being an issue...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Social is great for anybody or any organization that wants to manage many social media accounts more effectively and more efficiently; it streamlines many aspects related to brand management, monitoring, assessment, and improvement. To sum it up, I think it's fantastic.

1. Allows scheduling in bulk. 2. Performs analytics very well. 3. Multichannel publishing. 4. Zoho socials is able to make smart recommendations for maximum exposure of posts. 5. Reports are easy to understand. 6. It is great for analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho socials has rich features that are fully functional, I have found nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoho Socials, it is a powerful solution for social media management. In a day and age where pushing brands on social media is the norm, this is the platform to go to to ensure that you are able to engage client pools and gain leads.
