What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Zoho Social is a complete and absolute social media marketing and networking platform. We can have helpful analytics and reports of our daily activities right after in our hands. We can schedule posts and launch them at different time zones for our international customers. We can handle all of our social media platforms in one go and the best part is that this one comes with a free trial so if you have never used a marketing platform before or even if you did, you will get full insight of how heavenly it is!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A social media marketing platform that helps us manage our brands engagement and social media activities like no other. We can engage, coordinate and create content in a timely and well planned manner. I work in the eCommerce department of a clothing brand and my main job duty is handling social media. We used to handle our social media without any platform but now that we have switched to Zoho Social it couldn’t be better!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, I very much like this one and since it has been a part of our department we are living an easy and reliable job life at the office. There is one thing that bothers us the most and it is INTEGRATION. Zoho Social is a platform by Zoho and it integrates well with Zoho only, for other platforms it is so hard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great platform to work on. The price is very much reasonable as compared to big giants who charge way more and offer the same features more or less. The best thing is that this one is available in more than 4 languages to cater your international clientele in a very professional manner.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

The ease to use the platform is remarkable. It provides one with many options which can be efficiently utilized regardless of the previous experience that one has. The simplicity of the program is dominant among all of its inspiring traits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multiple social media platforms can be managed easily, in a single place. The valuable analytical data can be easily obtained which saves a great deal of time and allows easy promotion of the business/organization/service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Stories cannot be programmed; also, multiple photos cannot be uploaded automatically. One needs to switch to manual for uploading multiple photos. It also does not automation for resizing the image sizes so photos need to be adjusted manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Social is one of the best platforms that we have encountered so far. We found other platforms more confusing and difficult to understand. It greatly saves time in marketing and improves the relationship with clients. A highly recommended platform.
