What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho surveys is easy to use, it creates fully customizable surveys gives good data presentation as it offers different types of questions. In addition, it provides more insights from prospective customers and our clients. Finally, it allows the designer to see all questions in one page
What do you dislike most about this product?
With zoho surveys sometimes it can be difficult to identify surveys that are active. Including some branding in the surveys is also missing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With zoho survey you are set to go as it has everything you need in a survey platform. Therefore, I highly recommend for others to use.

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
Although we like Campaigns, our corporate headquarters does not permit us to use that platform. But fortunately, Zoho CRM includes the majority of what we require for our marketing and sales staff to be effective. We may reconsider campaigns in the future, but for now, we are content with the state of affairs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of having all of my current and potential prospects in one location is the finest feature of Zoho CRM. The "opportunity" area is very helpful to me because it enables me to assess my current situation and organize any necessary follow-up chores. The reports part is very useful for my team and me to create realistic objectives because it tells us how well we did in terms of sales last month and how our prediction looks for the coming months. The option to sync customer information between Aircall and WordPress is another fantastic feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We operate on the Zoho One platform, which makes keeping track of things much simpler. Its integration with Books (accounting software) and CRM could be improved, but that is the only drawback. The two systems communicate well enough, but there are some places where information is lost in the process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Maintaining our little database has been made much easier by the ability to send emails from Zoho CRM. Additionally, it allowed us to maintain tabs on who received our emails and which ones bounced back. Our salespeople have found it useful to keep track of contacts and when they last spoke using the notes section.
