The State of Black Professionals in Tech
We know that organizations benefit from diversity, yet minorities aren't equally represented in technology roles. Our research shows that Black professionals' experiences in tech are different from those of other races, and have led to less satisfaction in their roles. This report includes findings from over 600 IT professionals, and presents the drivers behind satisfaction, what helps, and what hinders Black professionals in tech, and what actions can be done to further diversity and create a winning technology team.
