About Alex Ciraco
Alex Ciraco is a software leader with over three decades of experience developing complex systems in a wide variety of industries and applications. He began his career developing real-time control systems for the petrochemical industry. From there he moved on to automation systems for manufacturing, food processing and then healthcare. He has worked for everything from large multinational organizations to small start-ups and has exposure to both private and public sectors.
Alex is a self-proclaimed Agile Evangelist who has been advocating agile approaches to software development since before the term was coined. He sees adoption of a true agile mindset as the most potent cure for the dysfunction, inefficiencies, and waste that plague most large modern organizations. His greatest sense of career satisfaction comes from helping them to effect positive change through Agile Transformation.
Alex joined Info-Tech as a Research Director in 2019 and deeply cherishes the opportunity this role affords him to help so many organizations to become more agile.
