About Amanda Harrison

Amanda Harrison is an IT & Cybersecurity leader with 25+ years of experience, bringing to Info-Tech Research Group an award-winning track record for leading organizational transformation and fostering environments for the business and IT to collaborate effectively while leading the operations and maintenance of systems through integrated technologies.

Over her career, she has served in a variety of executive IT leadership roles in large public and private sector organizations, and most recently, served the Federal Government leading the FAA’s Enterprise Services Center IT & Cybersecurity Shared Services Team.

Amanda consults with public sector IT leaders and is driven to ensure the use of public funds is effective and efficient by offering solutions that reduce and/or contain IT costs while keeping the technology environments safe from malicious actors.

Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Southern Nazarene University. She also holds certifications in ITIL, LEAN/Agile, and PMP with specific expertise in Infrastructure, Platform, and Software-as-a-Service Programs to include cloud-suitable application migrations.

Her research interests include the lifecycle of identifying to implementing emerging technologies to advance organizations with their strategic initiatives, with a focus on cost optimization.
