About Chris Noyed
Chris Noyed has 20 years of IT experience in a variety of roles in the public sector. Prior to joining Info-Tech, for the past 12 years Chris has served in IT leadership positions in higher education, academic healthcare, and local government, mostly in blended IT Operations, IT Services, and IT Strategy roles. In addition to core Public Sector role responsibilities, Chris also performed other responsibilities including IT Project Management, Cybersecurity Management, and Process Improvement.
Chris has experience managing IT for a variety of public sector IT services, including classroom instruction, learning management systems, academic and medical research, patient services, electronic health records, health and human services, law enforcement, judiciary, public works, and emergency services. Chris’s other skills include Customer Service, Stakeholder Relations, Technical Staff Management, Enterprise Architecture, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, and External Compliance.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Information Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science / International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is also certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundation.
