Chris O’Connor is a Senior Research Analyst at Info-Tech Research Group focused on storage, data protection and server virtualization. Chris has a strong research background with extensive experience with quantitative methods and analysis.
Major Info-Tech publications authored by Chris include strategy and vendor selection reports dealing with networked storage, backup software and media, server and desktop virtualization and cloud management software. Chris also handles Info-Tech’s Purchase Optimization service for servers, storage, and backup software and media, providing Info-Tech customers with guidance around all stages of their hardware and software purchases.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, Chris completed his PhD in Cognitive Psychology from The University of Western Ontario (UWO), specializing in Memory and Neural Network Simulation. Chris also holds both a BA in Honors Psychology and a Bachelor of Music (Theory) from UWO. Chris has been with Info-Tech since 2010.
