Elizabeth Smith is an Executive Counselor on the Financial Services and Insurance team in Info-Tech’s Global Services.

Elizabeth joined Info-Tech with over 40 years of experience in technology within Financial Services, including Wealth Management, Insurance, and Payments. Beyond Financial Services, her experience includes school board, municipal government, and technology vendors.

Across her roles, she has had a deep focus on critical elements of IT and business alignment. She has held numerous business relationship management, portfolio management, and service delivery leadership positions.

Elizabeth also has a specialization in technology adoption and change management, holding both Prosci Change Management and ADKAR certifications.

Some of the key initiatives that Elizabeth has led include the selection and implementation of a cloud-based contact center solution to improve merchant experience at Moneris. While at Canada Life, she led the end-user technology engineering and operations team, supporting over 18,000 geographically dispersed employees.

Also at Canada Life, she led the adoption and change management stream of their multi-year digital workplace program, implementing the full M365 suite across the organization.

Elizabeth is an avid traveler who has hiked 42 km to Machu Picchu and cycled 225 km from Toronto to Niagara Falls, along with being an amateur florist and spending as much time as possible with her adult children.
