Eric is a Senior Executive Advisor in the Global Services team at Info-Tech Research Group.

Eric’s passion is developing people and building high-performing teams. Eric brings energy and enthusiasm to partnering with business and technology leaders, providing Info-Tech’s research-based insight and guidance, and supporting the exceptional delivery of enterprise business outcomes.

Eric draws on varied experiences acquired over 27 years working across health and human services and a Global Fortune 100 technology firm. His experience spans strategic planning, enterprise architecture, portfolio/program/project management, business/finance management, relationship management, service management, and organizational change management. Eric maintains a keen awareness of IT risk/value trade-offs and the importance of maintaining appropriate blend of people, process, and technology change as critical success factors in any IT-related transformation.

Eric embraces a growth mindset and is passionate about developing people and partnering with others to drive positive change. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder, a Master’s of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Oregon, and a Certificate of Management in Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
