Felicity joined Info-Tech Research Group as a Senior Executive Advisor within our Global Services Team in 2022. Felicity brings over 25 years of service delivery and leadership experience in consulting, technology operations, transformation projects, and complex outsourced environments with organizations such as IBM, DXC Technology, and Fuji Xerox Australia.

Felicity is committed to developing strong relationships and understanding the needs and strategies of her customers to provide technology and business leaders relevant insights, research, and tools that will help them to deliver measurable business value within their organization. Felicity also has a strong interest in developing IT professionals through mentoring and coaching and leveraging technology to enhance user experience.

Felicity has broad business sector experience, including financial services, health, telecoms, manufacturing and distribution fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), not-for-profit, and mining.
