About Frank Sewell
Frank Sewell is a Research Director in the CIO Advisory practice at Info-Tech Research Group with 30 years of experience in IT, including well over a decade of IT vendor management experience. Frank’s breadth of knowledge includes IT Vendor Management, IT Operations & IT Security, Managed Print Services, Negotiations, Contract Review, Procurement, IT Sourcing, Service Desk, and Project Management. Frank has worked in a variety of industries, including Not-for-Profit, Government Contracting, Higher Education, K-12 Education, and Healthcare.
Frank specializes in Information Technology, Vendor Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and complex contract negotiations. He is particularly adept at understanding business processes and implementing the appropriate solution to facilitate business needs and objectives as well as complex negotiations for IT goods & services. He has successfully negotiated several multi-million-dollar contracts for managed print solutions, software implementations, professional services, and managed services. In his most recent roles at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, he was responsible for creating and leading the implementation of IT Vendor Management, IT Contract Lifecycle Management, IT Security, IT Change Management, and Managed Print Services and served in a lead role for IT Mergers & Acquisitions.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of New Orleans.
