This includes extensive experience advising IT and business leaders on topics ranging from asset management to incident management to disaster recovery.

Prior to Info-Tech, Frank spent over 10 years as a senior technical writer and 5 years as a business analyst, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on IT operations, application development, and business requirements. This is the foundation of the practical approach Frank brings to assisting IT leaders with process challenges and planning strategic initiatives.
