Heather Munoz is a Senior Executive Counselor with over 25 years of experience providing strategic support and direction to CIOs on their top IT and business initiatives.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Heather was an Executive Partner with Gartner. During her tenure, she served as a trusted advisor to CIOs at over 300 organizations across multiple industries including retail, consumer packaged goods, pharma/life sciences, higher education, and state and local government. Before that, she was a Gartner Research Analyst providing guidance and support on topics including application development, project management offices, project prioritization, and governance.

Heather’s areas of expertise include IT strategy, business alignment, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and leadership and team development.
