Jay’s 35+ years of management and technology experience spans company sizes from startups to global enterprises, including Exxon and Xerox. His cross-industry experience includes professional services/consulting, commercial real estate, oil and gas, digital startups, marketing, healthcare, insurance, aerospace, human resources, and more. He also brings real-world experience with business process improvements, change management, software development lifecycles, agile processes, DevOps, training, application development frameworks, security and controls, and more.
