About Jeff Elliott

Jeff Elliott is an Advisory Director working with the Price Benchmarking and Negotiation team. His focus is around Microsoft Licensing. Jeff has over 25 years' experience working with customers, discussing all aspects of Microsoft licensing, different license programs, licensing terms, and license transition rules, to name a few.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Jeff was a Microsoft Licensing Specialist in the Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) channel. He has worked for varies LSP partners like CDW, and SHI, Softchoice. He oversaw the management of Enterprise Agreement customers, between 500 and 90,000 users. Besides answering questions related to licensing, he would manage the yearly true-up process, including license reservations/reductions, handle Microsoft contract renewals, make recommendations for licensing cost optimization, answer questions related to Microsoft contractual language, take part in QBRs, and provide licensing training on new Microsoft products and programs.

Besides his Microsoft Licensing experience, Jeff has worked on the Microsoft Operational side of the business and has experience with performing Microsoft Software Asset Management (SAM) engagements.

Jeff has earned numerous Microsoft certifications and Awards over the 25+ years in the LSP channel.
