About Leigh Caiger

Leigh Caiger is Practice Lead, Learning Solutions, at McLean & Company. She leads the development and delivery of McLean & Company’s leadership development and strategic HR programs and coaching. She is passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences that support leaders and HR professionals in developing new skills and increasing their effectiveness.

Leigh brings over twenty years of experience from organizations across industries. Prior to this role, Leigh led McLean & Company’s Diagnostic Advisory practice where her team worked with leaders to identify meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data and develop plans to bring about change. Throughout her career, she has held roles in organizational development and human resources in both the public and private sectors.

She holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Honours BA in Psychology from Queen’s University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
