About Mike Higginbotham

Mike Higginbotham is an Executive Counselor as part of the Executive Services team at Info-Tech Research Group.

Mike has over 20 years of technology and customer service leadership experience spanning across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Info-Tech Research Group Mike worked in public sector leadership roles, including serving as the Chief Information Officer for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV). Prior to TxDMV, Mike served as Corporate Vice President and divisional Chief Information Officer for the long-term care insurance division of New York Life Insurance Company (NYL). Mike also served in additional roles during his 14 years with NYL's long-term care operation, including head of customer service, program manager, enterprise architect, application development manager, and senior programmer. Prior to joining NYL, Mike served as a senior programmer developing insurance software for Computer Sciences Corporation.

Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University.
