About Nicholas Kozlo

Nicholas Kozlo is a Research Director at Info-Tech Research Group. His areas of expertise include HR best practices, employee engagement, recruitment and retention, and all things talent management.

Nicholas has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, IT, and government consulting. He managed engagement, recruitment, and retention in long-term care through the COVID-19 pandemic. In a previous role, he was the sole HR practitioner for a cloud-based printing company and has supported everything from mergers to security audits.

Nicholas has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton University and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College
