Phil is an inspirational leader with over thirty years’ experience in executive-level technology and innovation leadership, strategy consultancy, digital transformation, and complex managed services delivery.

He has led the strategy and delivery of large-scale digital transformation change and complex managed services contracts. He demonstrates a track record of achieving sustainable business outcomes by combining innovative solutions, customer-centric design focus, collaborative people management, and cultural change. This also involved developing strategies and implementing transformation roadmaps that align with strategic plans and business objectives, and changing commercial, operating, and technology models to ensure business value alignment and customer-centric outcomes. He offers broad sector experience, including public sector/government, healthcare, technology and communications, financial services, not-for-profit, retail, energy, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Phil led the IT strategy for a UK not-for-profit organization. He was with Forrester Research for three years, where he worked with clients as an Executive Partner (coach and advisor for technology executive clients) and also produced research covering technology leadership, innovation, and emerging technology adoption. He was a market sector CIO with BT covering government, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors and has a background in digital transformation change leadership, enterprise architecture, technology, and business consulting.
