About Randi Amaral

Randi Amaral is the Executive Vice President of North America Field & Inside Engage at Info-Tech Research Group. Since joining Info-Tech in 2006, Randi has held various roles within the company, including Director of Sales, VP of Sales & Marketing, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Member Services.

With a diverse array of experiences, Randi motivates team members to achieve their goals through a deep understanding of the inner workings of the team and organization. Randi's leadership plays a critical role in enhancing the company’s engagement strategies and expanding its footprint in North America. Before joining Info-Tech, Randi was an account manager at Pitney Bowes Canada and general manager at GoodLife Fitness Clubs.
