About Sandi Conrad
Sandi Conrad is a Fellow and Distinguished Analyst with Info-Tech Research Group, who provides advisory services to IT leaders in a variety of industries and complexities. Sandi works with COBIT, ITIL, LEAN and ISO frameworks to help clients create strategies or realign operational and tactical approaches to strategic needs.
Prior to joining Info-Tech Sandi was instrumental in establishing software divisions for three separate companies, a Large Account Reseller, a Systems Integrator, and a Value-Added Reseller, and was one of the first Software Contract Administrators in Canada. Sandi applied her entrepreneurial skills to open her own software and consulting company, delivering software licenses to small and medium businesses and local government. She provided consulting and advisory services to a wide variety of organizations interested in optimizing spending and surviving vendor audits.
Sandi is a published author, a certified software manager, software (ISO) practitioner, hardware asset management professional, ITIL 4 Master and has her Lean IT Foundations certification. Sandi also holds a Graduate College Teaching Certificate and Executive MBA.
