In her role as an Executive Counselor within Info-Tech’s Global Services team, Sarah collaborates with CIOs and executive IT leaders to drive and maintain success by pinpointing key opportunities that enhance business value, stimulate innovation, improve operational efficiency, and elevate client engagement. She leverages Info-Tech’s ever-evolving suite of tools and services to ensure demonstrable progress and measurable impact while aligning with proven industry best practices. With a background as a practitioner and a proven ability to lead transformational initiatives, improve organizational performance, and cultivate cultures of excellence, empowerment, and authenticity, Sarah leverages her expertise to forge strong, collaborative relationships with Info-Tech members as their trusted advisor, helping them reach their full potential and achieve outstanding business outcomes.

With over 28 years of leadership experience in IT, Sarah possesses extensive knowledge in the formulation and implementation of IT strategies, digital transformations, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and management best practices. Her deep expertise encompasses business-aligned IT strategies, relationship building, risk management, service delivery, vendor management and contract negotiations, data center operations, financial acumen, portfolio/program/project management, demand intake prioritization and management, as well as organizational change management. Additionally, she has considerable experience in control-based IT security and enterprise risk management frameworks from both assurance provider and IT leader viewpoints. Sarah is acutely aware of the IT risk/value trade-offs and recognizes the necessity of a suitable balance of people, processes, and technology as essential factors for success in any IT-related transformation.

Sarah's extensive experience spans various sectors, including manufacturing, retail/wholesale/eCommerce, professional services such as audit and managed service providers (MSP), transportation/logistics, non-profit organizations, natural resources like oil and gas, and the public sector. She has held positions such as COO, CTO, and Senior VP at AgVantis, a non-profit MSP within a federal government domain; operated an IT consulting business focused on small to medium-sized businesses; and led critical IT departments at Spirit AeroSystems, the largest first-tier aerostructures manufacturer globally. Most recently, Sarah served as the Global Director of IT at Pet Mate, a global manufacturer and distributor of pet products, where she integrated seven acquisitions while transforming the global technology landscape during M&A activities, including ERP, security, enterprise applications, cloud, and infrastructure.

Sarah embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and is dedicated to collaborating with others to foster positive change and growth. She was recognized in 2023 as one of the top women leading in technology and is passionate about empowering women in STEAM careers.
