About Scott Houle

Scott Houle is a Research Advisor in the Infrastructure and Operations practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Scott has worked in the information technology field for approximately 20 years, primarily in the healthcare industry.

Prior to coming to Info-Tech, Scott developed a wide range of skills that include network, system, and cloud administration; device management; disaster recovery; IT asset management; IT security; project management; process design and optimization; and vendor management. In addition, Scott has been responsible for leading development and incident response teams and managed support operations. In all these roles Scott has strived to collaborate with all the involved stakeholders to deliver optimal service and value.
