About Teodora Siman

Teodora Siman is a Senior Research Analyst in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Teodora advises members on project management, organizational change management, and project portfolio management. Within the umbrella of PPM, Teodora advises on project intake, resource management, reporting, and benefits realization. As an analyst, Teodora delivers calls, workshops, and diagnostics and writes research in this area.

Teodora joined Info-Tech in 2017, when she started in the Infrastructure and Operations practice. She has experience researching and advising on disaster recovery planning and business continuity planning, as well as cloud strategy. Prior to joining Info-Tech, Teodora worked as a data analyst helping public sector clients implement software for their financial and public infrastructure data.

Teodora has an Honors Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Western Continuing Studies.
