As a Senior Director, Executive Services, within our Global Services team, Theresa partners with CIOs and executive IT leaders to achieve and sustain success by identifying their key opportunities to increase business value, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance client engagement. She leverages Info-Tech’s continually evolving tool and service offerings to ensure visible progress and measurable value while maintaining alignment with proven industry practices.

With over 25 years of global leadership experience in information technology (IT), Theresa has worked with CXOs across multiple business lines. She is knowledge in many pillars, including strategic planning and governance, portfolio/program/project management, organizational effectiveness and change management, business/finance management, relationship management, business continuity, and operational risk. Theresa focuses on benefits realization and the importance of maintaining an appropriate blend of people, process, and technology as critical success factors in any IT-related transformation.

She has experience in the financial services and public sectors. She was the Vice President of Technology at OMERS, leading large-scale optimization and change initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to OMERS, Theresa worked at American Express as the Vice President Technology – Latin America and Vice President of Operational Risk – International.
