Trisha was a Global Procurement Director of Business Services, where she played an instrumental role in delivering 160% of a savings target while leading a large cross-functional team with tact and diplomacy to maximize alignment on organizational objectives and long-term goals.
Trisha functioned as a Global Director for IT Vendor Management involving adept relationship building and partnership development while leading critical negotiations to achieve financial targets. During this period, she was able to negotiate best-in-class agreements with major software providers SAP, Oracle, MSFT, Salesforce, and ServiceNow; spearhead the implementation for a center of excellence; and enable operational scaling, license management, and governance structure design.
