Usman Lakhani is a Principal Advisory Director in the Data and AI team at Info-Tech Research Group. He has over 20 years of experience in IT roles, both as a leader and an individual contributor, with international consulting experience in the US, UK, Canada, and Asia. Usman has a breadth of knowledge in anything to do with the strategic and tactical implementation of complex systems, including Governance, Product Management, Strategic and Operational Planning, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Engineering, and IT turnaround management. Usman has worked in a variety of public and private sector industries, including transportation, agriculture, healthcare, highway construction, and higher education.

Usman's core passion revolves around rolling up his sleeves and putting fingers to keyboard. He is passionate about software and data engineering and has delivered proprietary data orchestration platforms, has engineered AI and machine learning systems, and can be found sharing his thoughts on his personal website.

Usman is a Toronto native and spends time between the UK, US, and Canada for consulting and implementation projects.
