Vicki’s passion for bringing out the best in others, commitment to service excellence, and love of learning have guided her career helping hundreds of client leaders.

As an Info-Tech Executive Counselor (and during her prior, 11-year tenure with Gartner) Vicki serves as the trusted advisor to CIO clients and their teams, in a variety of industries. Areas of focus include leadership development, professional brand, communication skills, strategy, change management, stakeholder engagement, team effectiveness, and organizational health.

Vicki also supported the executive development needs for multiple enterprise software companies owned by Vista Equity Partners (a leading private equity firm). Vicki provided coaching and consultative leadership development programs for C-level executives. She also facilitated sessions with CEOs and their leadership teams, resulting in improved team dynamics, increased understanding of communication styles, clarity around organizational objectives, and alignment on culture and values.
