Use this example to see how to structure your Agile skills assessment. You will be walked through many different steps including:
- Define the Agile proficiency levels relevant to your organization
- Outline the skills that you wish to use in your assessment
- Map the skills to the industry standard SFIA framework (optional)
- Define the agile team roles and their maturity levels
- Define the Agile skill standards for each role on the Agile team
- When ready, fill in the assessment for each team member
- Review the results on the dashboard indicating the team members who are deficient and in what skills
