Use the DRP Vendor Evaluation Questionnaire and the DRP Vendor Evaluation Tool to assess potential gaps and confirm whether your vendors can meet your DR requirements.

The questionnaire captures the following information:
- The vendor’s DRP status.
- Maximum downtime and data loss commitments (if this is already covered by your SLA, capture any changes in their standard commitments from when you first signed the vendor agreement).
- Additional service offerings or support packages that could reduce potential downtime or data loss.
